(RE) FIT EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

(RE)FIT’s purpose is to provide clients with Outcome Specific Exercise – an accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) will develop and teach you an exercise regime that is specific to your needs. This means that an exercise intervention is developed for you and individually tailored to result in the precise outcome you wish to attain. Our AEPs are also available for ongoing private training sessions at our fully equipped studios. ALLEVIATE MASSAGE

Alleviate Massage works closely with Como Physiotherapy to provide remedial massage therapy to aid in pain relief and injury rehabilitation. Alleviate Massage has a team of qualified Remedial Massage therapists ready to assist you to better health. Sporting Clubs

We are proud to be affiliated with local sporting teams at elite, club and junior levels. By providing on field physiotherapy and first aid services, our physiotherapists continue to learn and develop their skills. At Como Physiotherapy Clinic we believe that our involvement with sporting teams can aid in the education of team members and prevent injury occurrence, and if injured we can assist their timely return to sport.
